Elevator Air Conditioning Cleaning Instructions (Version A)
During the operation of the elevator air conditioner, users need to clean it regularly to prevent blockage from affecting the ventilation effect, which will also increase power consumption and cause the air conditioner to start up for protection or malfunction.
Special cleaning tools:
Note: In addition, common disassembly and assembly tools such as cross-head screwdrivers need to be prepared.

Instructions for cleaning steps:
Step 1: Clean the filter screen
Clean the filter screen regularly, usually twice every 30 days.

Step 2: Remove the waterproof chassis and mask. Step 3: Remove the shell fixing buckle:
Remove the waterproof base first and then the mask. Use a cross-head screwdriver to remove the two fixing clips of the casing on the chassis
Air conditioner interior cleaning:
Check the dust, dirt and blockage inside the air conditioner.
It is recommended to clean it 1 to 2 times every 1 to 2 years.
Step 4: Remove the outer shell. Step 5: Remove the top plate:
One person holds the shell, while the other holds the Remove multiple screws on the top plate. There are a total of 11 screws (am
handle position at the front of the main unit ong which 7 are covered with insulation cotton).The positions of the screws
Pull it forward forcefully to separate it from the shell. are shown in the red circles in the following picture.

Step 6: Protect the electrical control and bearings from water ingress.
1. Remove the electronic control mainboard and cover the joints with plastic bags for waterproofing.
2. During the flushing process, the bearings of the motor must not be directly flushed with water.
Step 7: Disassemble the evaporator 1
Attention! The two screws connecting the right side of the end plate to the sheet metal of the wind wheel frame are black screws of ST4*6
These two screws are shorter than the other golden screws. Be careful not to make a mistake when reinstalling them.
Because the screw is too long, there is a risk of piercing the copper pipe. Attention!
Step 8: Disassemble the evaporator 2
The two screws on the left side of the evaporator also need to be removed. Rotate the evaporator outward: Connect the copper tube and slowly rotate the right side of the evaporator outward. Use a pad to level the ground.

Step 9: Disassemble the condenser.
Remove the fixing screws on both sides of the condenser. Rotate the condenser outward: Connect the copper tubes and slowly rotate the right side of the evaporator outward. Use spacers to level the ground.

Step 10: Spray the special detergent on both containers.
Mix water according to the proportion, spray it onto both containers with a spray bottle, and then rinse it off with water after about 5 minutes.

Step 11: Rinse the fins with a high-pressure water gun.
Both the inside and outside need to be rinsed repeatedly.

Step 12: Clean the axial flow fan.

Step 13: Clean the centrifugal fan.

Step 14: Clean the air conditioner chassis and other components:
Clean the dust off the chassis and other components.

Step 15: Arrange the fins.
Use a fin comb to tidy up the deformed fins

Step 16: Reassembly: Power-on test!
